**Title: Information Technology Support Officer**
**Location: Adelaide**
**Security Level Baseline Vetting (preferable) will be required to be obtained upon starting.**
The Information Technology Officers will perform a range of IT duties to support and will be required to assist legal team with Litigation Support onsite. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Multimedia file & content editing: both Audio & Video 
- Perform routine checks of Server Room Infrastructure and report findings. 
- Provide support for the IT Service Desk in Level 1 operations.
They will be responsible for the Installation and maintenance of hardware including:
- Provision new Standard Operating Environment for Laptops, PCs, and perform associated software updates. 
- MFDs (multi-function devices) 
- Telephones 
- Video Conferencing units 
- Tablets and hand-held devices
As needed, assist the legal team with Litigation Requirements in Court 
- Liaise with court staff personnel. 
- Audio Visual setup and court room configuration 
- Technical Software Support & break-fix 
- Research & report to IT team on various IT related issues & requests. 
- Ensure adherence to the IT security requirements & related policies. 
- Other duties as directed.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
