Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
This is a part-time opportunity to work in a co-educational school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and operational maintenance of school facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current Working with Vulnerable People card
* Current Tasmanian driver licence for light, medium or heavy rigid drivers licence or willingness to obtain
* National Police Record or willingness to obtain
* Physical fitness for the requirements of the position, including a pre-employment full health assessment
* First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
* Working at heights qualifications or willingness to obtain
* Chainsaw operations qualifications or willingness to obtain
* Electrical testing and tagging qualifications or willingness to obtain

The incumbent will work collaboratively with other staff, contractors and members of the school community and report to the Operations Manager.
Operationally, and on a day-to-day basis, the Maintenance Coordinator will be accountable to the School's Leadership and will be required to take direction from the Principal and Deputy Principal.
