POSITION
Reporting directly to the National General Manager, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, sales, and financial performance of the WA branch.
You’ll be given full ownership to “run it like your own business” – leading a diverse team across service, sales, and operations, while driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the WA branch, driving profitability and performance against strategic targets
* Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and operational excellence
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across the fuel infrastructure, hydrocarbon handling, and tank hire markets
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and financial reports
* Manage budgets, branch expenditure, and key business metrics
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery excellence
* Drive safety leadership

CANDIDATE
We are seeking a commercially minded and operationally driven leader with a proven ability to manage and grow an industrial or service‑based business.
* Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager role within fuel, hire, mechanical, or heavy industry
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, sales, and P&L
* Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to engage, motivate and develop your team
* A background in fuel systems, pumping, mechanical, or related industrial services is highly advantageous
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence
