About the Position
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment who enjoys a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities
* Full 360 recruitment for your own desk
* Hiring people for your team
* Business Development and Client Management – Dealing with clients across various industries to understand their business/hiring needs
* Clients will include existing accounts and new business development/cold calling
* Source relevant candidates and represent them to clients/vacancies
* Responsible for the whole interview process, references, and offer management
* Establish, grow, and maintain professional working relationships with clients and candidates
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have had a minimum of 2 years in a Recruitment position and worked in a fast-paced sales environment.
