We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is keen to help generate outstanding search results for our clients and lead us into the new AI driven era of Search Optimisation. You'll work with linkbuilders, copywriters, a team of technical SEO specialists and SEO strategists to produce results-driven SEO strategies that you'll be proud to put your name to.
Role Responsibilities:
Talking with clients to understand their goals and craft strategies that deliver results, without the bureaucracy of a traditional account manager.
Executing SEO campaigns through technical work, strategies, content briefing, as well as coordinating with other specialists within StudioHawk such as content writers, offsite, PR.
Researching keywords, competitors, and trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
Optimising websites and crafting content strategies that align with SEO best practices.
Presenting insights and results to clients, helping them understand the "why" behind every move.
Working closely with your team - sharing ideas, learning, and supporting each other.
Learning and growing every week through mentorship, workshops, our own world class learning & development program, and feedback.
Writing detailed content briefs that appeal to E-E-A-T metrics using SEO best practices.
Monitor and report on SEO performance, including keyword movement, organic traffic growth and user behaviour, and end conversions using Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and more.
Keeping your finger on the pulse on algorithm and industry changes and what that means for our clients.
Analyse and interpret SEO data through GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
Collaborate with content, CRO, SEM, and web development teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Optimise for local and international visibility, including schema, GMB, and hreflang implementation.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
2+ years (or equivalent experience) in an SEO role.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
A creative mindset - you like to think outside of the box.
