Trinity Care Family Practice is a modern, purpose-built facility offering GP, Allied Health Care, and Pathology Collection Services. Our core values are based on fostering a positive and respectful family environment, with open and effective communication to demonstrate integrity with our patients and colleagues. We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Medical Administrator/Office Manager.

This role will focus on day-to-day operational support for the Practice Principals, with responsibilities including staff management systems, processes, and ensuring efficient and progressive business practices. The role involves managing a dedicated small team of 5 staff across administration, nursing, and business support. Key responsibilities include:

* Business Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve practice goals.
* Risk Assessment and Management: Develop and maintain the practice's emergency response plan.
* Human Resources: Accountable to principals/directors for staff performance, including receptionists, health assistants, nurses, students, registrars, or contractors.
* Quality Improvement Leadership: Maintain a quality improvement plan, regularly review it, and present feedback to the team.
* Finances: Collaborate with the Part-Time Finance Manager on financial management, including reports, budgeting, revenue, and cost control.
* General: Organize regular management, clinical, and staff meetings.

Ideally suited for a senior medical administrator, receptionist, or secretary on a pathway toward Practice Management. Applicants with current leadership experience within General Practice who are interested in working in a small, independently owned setting are encouraged to apply. The position is full-time, onsite, with a Monday to Friday roster, supported by internal staff and outsourced advisory support.
