**The Role**

The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the admin team and be able to lead, train, and mentor them (sometimes from afar) to ensure that all processes are completed effectively and within a timely manner; therefore, people management experience is expected.
- Provide detailed information to senior management regarding the outputs on a regular basis
- Check creditor invoices for accuracy
- Raise purchase orders as required
- Creditor invoice and purchase order matching
- Data entry of creditor invoices
- Payment of creditor invoices and subcontractor RCTI's
- Liaise with creditors and subcontractors on any account problems, offering solutions to resolve issues
- Setup of subcontractors in freight management system
- Reconciliation of subcontractor jobs
- Prepare RCTI for subcontractors
- Ensure correctness of invoicing to customers
- Process cost recovery of expenses incurred by subcontractors
- Processing of end of week functions in freight management systems
- Prepare and produce weekly reports
- Ensure all office equipment is functional, and keep a record of what equipment has been assigned to employees
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Petty cash
- Review & reconcile FMS jobs provided by each state
- Prepare specialized invoicing as per customer requirements.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Must have transport experience
- must have people management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to take ownership, multi-task, prioritize and follow up on tasks
- Excellent communicator, with a confident and qualified manner
- Minimum of intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and exposure to database software
