About the Role
Aged care services are designed to assist and support individuals with daily living activities in their homes.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and home help.
* Provide supportive care that promotes independence and dignity for elderly clients.
* Maintain accurate records of client care and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
* Prioritize client needs and adapt to changing circumstances as required.
Requirements:
* A valid driver's licence is essential for this role, as well as an insured vehicle for transporting clients.
* A minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
* Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic and patient, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality aged care services.
