Your new role:
Greentech Cairns are seeking an Internal Salesperson to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and outstanding customer service to our diverse and extensive customer base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email.
* Counter sales including customer service, responding to sales enquiries, preparation of and sending out of quotes.
* Liaising with suppliers.
* Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and picking and packing orders.
* Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Ideally, you have demonstrated experience in solar/renewable energy or electrical wholesale industries in a similar role.
* You're an upbeat and personable professional with excellent communication skills.
* You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence – you are eager to connect and interact with customers of varying demographics.
* A real team player, you're always prepared to jump in and do what it takes to deliver premium customer service.
* Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
* You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
