Your Mission
As Customer Growth Specialist, you will grow and retain a portfolio of customers through increased feature adoption and revenue growth. You’ll be a trusted advisor, proactive communicator, and energetic advocate for PropertyMe—ensuring customers unlock the full potential of our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively manage your portfolio of customers to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities
- Surpass weekly outreach and connection targets (calls, meetings, emails)
- Be a PropertyMe champion—confidently communicating our value to business owners and their teams
- Use Salesforce to capture account activity and track pipeline opportunities
- Analyse usage and engagement data to surface trends, drive feature usage, and deliver value
- Report customer feedback and insights to help shape our product and service delivery
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of account management or BDM experience (PropTech/SaaS or real estate a strong advantage)
- A passion for tech and the role it plays in property management success
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and adapt across stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and commercial acumen
- Data-literate, comfortable using insights to make smart decisions
- Customer-first approach with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
- Collaborative mindset—you work well with others and thrive in a team environment
