Drive business growth as a Service Account Manager in our Melbourne office. Lead a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop service contract pricing strategies to drive revenue.
2. Monitor financial reports, invoices, and CPI increases for accuracy.
3. Lead performance meetings and respond to customer requests to build strong relationships.
4. Enforce contract thresholds and resolve disputes to protect company interests.
5. Identify growth opportunities with Account Managers to expand the customer base.
6. Improve billing accuracy and customer satisfaction by analyzing data and implementing process improvements.


Requirements:

* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing service-based contracts.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
* Advanced business writing and reporting capabilities to present insights.
* Sharp attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and analytical strength.
* Ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes cross-functionally.
