About the role
AFF is seeking motivated and adaptable casual Farm Hands to join our operations at Midkin Farm, located 20 minutes north of Moree, NSW. This hands-on role will have a particular focus on irrigation support, as well as general farm duties to keep operations running smoothly. You\'ll work as part of a close-knit team, following instructions to ensure the job is done safely and efficiently.
Supporting the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
Assisting with general fieldwork such as planting, spraying and harvest prep.
Operating farm machinery and equipment.
Reporting hazards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Being a team player and helping the team meet daily and seasonal goals.
About you
You\'re a practical and dependable individual who takes pride in contributing to a team environment. With a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset, you\'re adaptable, eager to learn and capable of performing physical tasks in outdoor conditions. While previous experience in irrigation or general farming is advantageous, a positive attitude and willingness to contribute are equally valued.
