Aesthetic Sales Manager/Marketing Manager
Remote role based in Melbourne; responsible for dealer management and developing the market. The ideal candidate will oversee the success of all sales and marketing strategies and be familiar with clinics. The candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages to recommend new sales strategies for success.
Responsibilities
- To exceed identified sales targets and product goals for Aesthetics market.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Utilize identified KOLs (as managed by Director of Marketing) to drive awareness and uptake of Lumenis BE products.
- Effectively communicate with Management and various departments within Lumenis (Operations, Product Service, Marketing, Credit, etc.) on competitive issues, status of orders, etc.
- Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
- Contact potential customers at hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices to sell Aesthetic products and equipment.
- Build relationships with KOLs and medical staff.
- Take orders and disburse receipts and help in the installation and setup of equipment.
- Attend related medical congresses, meetings and workshops to collect potential leads.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
- Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years' relevant experience.
- Relevant sales experience in medical device industry.
- Good communication and ability to perform under pressure; results-driven.
Marketing Manager – Key duties
- Develop strategic marketing plan for Lumenis BE ANZ and its Aesthetic and Vision portfolio to ensure brand & product suites are presented consistently, campaigns are delivered on time, and the company remains visible within the ANZ marketplace.
- Assist Sales team in creating, developing, and executing B2B marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and increase market share and revenues.
- All content creation across social media, EDM campaigns, and other content requirements for the business.
- Search engine marketing, content, creative development, and optimization.
- Digital development, creative and execution (budget permitting).
- All design concepts for social media, eDMs and other creative campaigns.
- Organize product launches, live demos, webinars, and conference activations.
- Create, update, and maintain marketing communications materials – B2B.
- Create, update, enhance and maintain customer welcome kits for all new customers (and send them out) – B2C.
- Content management and development of the provider tool for the website.
- HubSpot management – creation and development of landing pages for current products, product launches & events.
- Landing page optimization, and SEO/SEM to drive qualified traffic.
- Conference planning and organization for AES and VIS (budget permitting).
- Create and develop Sales, Clinical training, and Product presentations.
- Monitor trends in the medical-aesthetic market (laser, IPL, RF, injectables, skincare).
- Recruit and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical partners.
Skills and Abilities
- Mailchimp experience or another GTM platform.
- Digital marketing & analytics experience.
- Market and clinical expertise.
- Project and event management.
- Basic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing and live-streaming know-how.
