Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests with check‐in, check‐out, and Mickey efficiently
* Provide friendly and professional service at the front desk
* Manage reservations, enquiries, and switchboard operations
* Assist with special requests, VIP arrangements, and interdepartmental coordination
* Take room service orders, restaurant bookings, and handle guest concerns
* Promote hotel products and services to enhance the guest experience
* Support concierge duties, including valet parking and luggage assistance when needed
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in reception, front desk, reservations, or customer service roles
* A background in hospitality is advantageous, but a passion for service is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic
* Ability to problem‐solve and think on your feet
* High standard of personal grooming and qualified presentation
* Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (highly regarded)
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
