who is confident working independently, brings an

running their own teams and projects end-to-end
.
This role is for you if you:
Have strong solar PV & battery experience
Are confident making decisions on site and working autonomously
Have experience leading crews and managing installs
Bring practical problem-solving and innovative thinking
Want exposure to a huge variety of projects
, not repetitive installs
