Early Childhood Education Specialist
This role involves Mentoring and Coaching Educators, Building Inclusive Practices, and Suporting Children with Disabilities. A strong understanding of child development and previous experience in early childhood education are essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and coach educators to improve their practice and enhance the learning environment for children
* Develop and implement inclusive practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in early childhood settings
* Support children with disabilities to access high-quality early childhood education
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that improve outcomes for young children and their families
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles and practices
* Previous experience working in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership or coaching role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
