We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Bluewater Store. Key Responsibilities: Support the Retail Store Manager in all daily operations across the store. Ensure store standards and merchandise meet KPI standards at all times. Help lead and motivate the team to be brand ambassadors, delivering an excellent customer experience through quality conversations, a positive attitude, excellent product knowledge, and networking skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 1 year's experience within a retail environment
* Reliability and good timekeeping
* Confidence and passion for sales
* Full flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
