As the first point of contact at Reception they are responsible for welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. Guest Services Ambassador's maintain smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards. This role is based on site for a local client, on Queen St, Brisbane.**What this job involves*** Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guests* Provide access passes to employees and visitors in accordance to process* Manage the booking, setting, and refreshing of client meeting and event spaces* Liaise with technology team to ensure that all AV/VC equipment is operational, undertaking training to provide client support as needed* Conduct regular floor walks to ensure that required standards are maintained* Handle internal & external calls and correspondence* Maintain, audit and allocat epersonal lockers via our locker management system* Assist in work order creation and management via Corrigo* Plan experiences and community events within the office, that unite people and inject fu into the workplace, working closely with the client Event's team* Experience working in customer facing roles within Hospitality, Corporate, or a related industry* High level of communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality work* Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointYou'll join an inclusive culture, one where the best inspire the best.
