**Job responsibilities**:
- Plan and optimise transport routes
- Handle storage and transportation of in
- and /or outbound raw materials and finished goods
- Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws, regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, JOS and Jotun's HSEQ Management system.
- Execute the shipments from production to the end-user
- Track orders using functional systems (e.g. barcodes and tracking software)
- Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
- Monitor and report on transportation costs and other relevant KPIs
- Ensure shipping documents are properly filed
- Organise training sessions for employees (e.g. proper use of machines and handling of hazardous material)
- Keep organised records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders rds of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
**Skills and job requirements**:
- Tertiary Degree in a relevant field
- Attention to detail
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Proficiency with Ms Excel and exposure to CRM and ERP is a bonus
- Be an analytical thinker and have strong problem resolution/decision making skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and initiative, be a good team-player and communicator
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency are needed
- Must hold full working rights (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident)
