We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Community Support Workers. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to empower older people, individuals with disabilities, and those who are frail to remain in their homes or residential facilities by providing essential services such as personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and social support.
Working closely with each consumer, their families, and health professionals, you will help achieve personalized goals and promote independence. As a Community Support Worker, you will need to be flexible, empathetic, and confident working autonomously while remaining focused on delivering responsive, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support services to consumers in their own homes or residential facilities
* Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and household tasks
* Transport consumers to appointments and activities
* Engage in social support and companionship activities with consumers
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or Home and Community)
* Current drivers' licence and willingness to drive
* Current police clearances
* Contactable by telephone
* Access to a reliable, registered, and insured motor vehicle

Other Information:
* This is a part-time vacancy, working 38 hours per fortnight
* Salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked
* Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements
