ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise-grade Fortinet SD-WAN solutions. This is a client-facing position where you'll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring robust network design, deployment, and support. In addition, you'll play a key role in guiding and upskilling junior engineers and administrators, providing mentorship and technical training to help elevate team capability.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise Fortinet SD-WAN environments.
- Act as the technical SME during customer engagements, translating complex network requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Deliver high-quality support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution across enterprise network environments.
- Partner with business stakeholders, presenting technical recommendations in a way that builds trust and ensures alignment with business needs.
- Provide structured mentoring and hands-on training to junior network engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the network engineering team.

- Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer, with strong hands-on knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN in enterprise environments.
- Background in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and mentor technical staff, helping uplift capability across teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex networking environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, CCNP, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt to shifting priorities.
