Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The NSW Health Education Centre Against Violence (ECAV) is a statewide under the auspice of Western Sydney Local Health District. ECAV is responsible for multi-sectorial learning, capacity building and workforce development, community development and supervision, in the specialist areas of prevention and response to violence, abuse and neglect (PARVAN).
The Executive Project Officer is responsible for leadership and implementation of key ECAV projects and programs, ensuring objectives and outcomes are completed on time, to quality standards and within agreed scope, with a focus on project leading a male family violence strategy evaluation.
The role requires the development and maintenance of strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure optimal delivery of ECAV projects.

Selection Criteria
* Post graduate degree level qualifications in social or behavioural sciences, evaluation, health sciences or other relevant discipline with a strong research and evaluation component.
* Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in research and evaluation implementation and development and project management.
* Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and extensive experience with Office 365.
* Demonstrated extensive experience in project/program coordination or management with the ability to effectively organise and manage simultaneous projects.
* Highly developed skills in prioritisation, organisation, complex problem solving, time management and completing tasks to deadlines.
* High-level stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with a range of diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimum supervision and to work effectively in a team.
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to cultural safety and culturally responsive practice.
