The Opportunity
We are looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Designer with strong expertise in user experience and interface design, combined with solid graphic design skills and the ability to support digital marketing content.
This role requires someone who can translate ideas into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences while also supporting branding and social media initiatives.
This is an on-site role working closely with developers, product teams, and marketing staff.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design (Expert Level - Primary Focus)
* Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications
* Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey flows
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
* Improve user experience across websites, dashboards, and internal systems
* Maintain design consistency across platforms using design systems and UI guidelines
* Optimize layouts for performance, accessibility, and responsive design
* Identify UX issues and recommend practical improvements
Graphic Design (Advanced Level)
* Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional assets
* Create visuals aligned with brand identity across multiple platforms
* Develop website graphics, icons, illustrations, and digital assets
* Support branding initiatives and visual identity development
* Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
* Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files
Social Media & Content Support (Intermediate Level)
* Create social media creatives for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
* Support creation of Meta Ads and campaign visuals
* Assist with content visuals including reels, short videos, and marketing materials
* Work with the marketing team to support campaign design needs
* Adapt content formats for different digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
Skills & Experience Required
UI/UX Design - Expert Level
Experience designing web and mobile interfaces
* Proficiency in tools such as:
* Figma
* Adobe XD
Strong understanding of:
* User-centered design
* Responsive design
* Accessibility standards
* Usability principles
Graphic Design - Advanced Level
* Strong experience with:
* Canva
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe InDesign
* Ability to create visually engaging marketing materials
* Strong layout and typography skills
Social Media & Content Support - Intermediate Level
* Experience creating social media creatives
* Basic understanding of Meta Ads creative formats
* Familiarity with short-form content visuals
* Understanding of social media visual trends
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
* OR
* Equivalent industry experience with strong portfolio
