The Role: Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open for inspections Ingoing & outgoing inspections Routine inspections Diary Management Prepare properties for online advertising Lease sign ups Preparing lease packs Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: Previous experience in property management, inspections, or a related field (desirable but not essential) A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s Licence with a reliable car Exceptional organisational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal Must have a can-do attitude & a strong passion for Real Estate!
