Junior Director - Business Development Manager

We are on the hunt for a Junior Director to lead the new business and customer acquisition side of an established property management company. The position is for a confident, driven and hard working property management expert who is ready to take on the challenge of being in charge of customer acquisition and business growth.

The opportunity is a Junior Director position. In return for your exceptional skills and talent, you will be a senior executive in the business with performance bonuses and equity based on tenure and business performance. In addition to this, you will receive an above award base salary and uncapped commissions based on new clients signed up. The expected annual compensation for this position is between $165,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance, however the commissions are uncapped.

This position is designed for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for helping landlords and a fierce sales drive. There is no day to day property management, meaning your time is spent fully focused on client acquisition without getting stuck delivering property management services. You hand off the client after their management agreement is signed.

The role includes full administrative support and a personal assistant who will help you perform at the highest level possible.

This is the perfect position for someone already working in a business development or sales focused role, considering taking the next step in their career but looking for support and immediate income (as opposed to starting your own agency), with many of the benefits of being a business owner.

True Remote Freedom: This is not "hybrid" or "flexible" - work from literally anywhere in the world. You will operate and sell our services within the Townsville geographic region, however the role is established to support a fully remote team member. The position has already been handled remotely for over two years by the business owner, so you will be able to slot directly into our existing systems and processes.

What Success Looks Like

* Consistently achieving new business targets of 20 managements per month
* Building and maintaining a strong network of referral partners
* Creating long term relationships with property investors

* Base salary depending on experience
