Role Description
This is a Commission only role for a Mortgage Broker, located in North Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Mortgage Broker will assist clients in securing financing options for their home purchases, refinance needs, or debt consolidation goals. Responsibilities include assessing client financial situations, recommending suitable loan products, and managing the loan application process from start to finish. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lenders while staying updated on market trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience in Mortgage Brokerage, Brokerage, and Debt Consolidation services
* Knowledge of Mortgage Marketing and financing products
* Strong background in Finance and the mortgage industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain client and lender relationships
* Understanding of financial markets and mortgage industry regulations
* Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, or other related fields
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
