Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Permanent Part-Time Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Bateau Bay, NSW.

Responsibilities
Preparing & presenting food for our residentsSupport bulk cooking operationsProvide excellent customer service Maintaining a clean working environmentAdherence to food & general safety practicesPreparing and presenting texture-modified foods
Desired Skills And Experience
Experience in hotels or restaurants can definitely give you an edge, especially in terms of working under pressure, managing kitchen teams, and preparing dishes for large numbers of people.
Your Background
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalentA Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Ability to work independently and as part of the teamExceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
