Role Overview
EverWell – Account Executive (Remote – Australia or New Zealand). The role is full‐time, permanent and can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. You will drive new business for Timely and SalonBiz, converting inbound inquiries into active customers and building lasting relationships across the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to new leads quickly and convert them into ongoing customers through calls, emails, and prospect research.
* Qualify sales leads to understand customer requirements and ensure Timely meets those needs.
* Present Timely's value proposition, answer questions, and demonstrate how it empowers business owners.
* Build and maintain the sales funnel, generating new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Knowledge or empathy for the hair and beauty industry.
* Self‐driven, results‐oriented, collaborative team player.
* Comfortable with digital tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Good listening skills and genuine, transparent interactions.
* Proficient with MS Office.
