**About the Role**:
As part of this role you will work across both the primary and secondary campus of Varsity College undertaking, but not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate major and special events including awards night, graduation ceremonies, sports awards, Open Days and College hosted community events
- Propose and implement creative ideas and solutions in relation to the planning and organisation of key College events
- Establish productive working relationships with all levels of staff and the community with a focus on school image and professionalism
- Liaise, negotiate and consult with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating high level communication and interpersonal skills.
Due to the nature of this role in coordinating College events, there will be a requirement to work outside of core business hours on occasion.

When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
