About The Role
You'll support the Store Leadership Team to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast‐paced retail environment.
* Lead and motivate the team
* Drive sales and customer engagement
* Support stock, visual merchandising and daily operations
* Promote a safe, positive and inclusive workplace
About You
* Previous supervisory experience in retail
* Passion for coaching and developing people
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* A love for cars, auto or hands‐on products (big bonus!)
