About the role
This is a full-time Electrician role based in Alice Springs, NT with JMD Electrical & Data. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services and maintenance to domestic, commercial, and industrial customers in the local and surrounding areas.
What you'll be doing
* Carrying out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and codes
* Providing exceptional customer service and communicating with clients effectively
* Contributing to the overall growth and success of the business
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications as an Electrician, such as a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
* Several years of hands-on experience as an Electrician, preferably in a similar role
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all relevant procedures and regulations
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Own Tools, Current Drivers Licence
* White Card (essential)
* Working with children clearance (essential)
* EWP / Working at Heights (desirable)
* Split System Installation and decommissioning licence (desirable)
