Customer Service & VIP Client support - Flower Wholesaler
At Everbloom Flowers Pty Ltd, we are seeking an exceptional Customer Service & VIP Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-focused organisation, you will be responsible for providing world-class support and service to our valued VIP clients. This full-time role is based in our West Leederville, WA office, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
Serving as the primary point of contact for our VIP clients, handling enquiries, orders, and any issues or concerns with the utmost care and professionalism
Providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring our VIP clients receive a personalized and tailored experience
Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and order histories to anticipate client needs and deliver proactive service
Collaborating with our sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment for our VIP clients
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for process improvements
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of customer service initiatives and strategies
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
A passionate, service-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
Familiarity with the flower industry or a willingness to learn about our products and services
