Job Title: Administration & Customer Service Officer
* Manage our online sales channels and customer service.
* Support the marketing, sales, and administration teams.
* Perform general administrative tasks and data entry.
* Assist with customer service including parts.
* Assist the branch manager with operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
* A creative flair and a good understanding of retail and social media marketing, customer care, and relationship management.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the ability to format documents to high standards.
* Willingness to learn accounting software such as Xero.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
* The ability to build strong relationships with team members across all levels.
