Quality Excellence Lead
This position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of renewable energy by leading quality management across every stage of the project lifecycle.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust project-wide quality framework, ensuring compliance with Australian and international standards. They will also manage stakeholder quality expectations, create inspection/test strategies, and coordinate 3rd-party QA/QC teams.
This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Australia's largest hydro refurbishment projects, driving high standards across complex projects and delivering quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

* Project Scope and Complexity: The program will focus on refurbishing turbines by replacing critical components such as top and bottom covers, runners, guide vanes, shafts, and bearings.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive quality framework.
* Manage stakeholder quality expectations and create inspection/test strategies.
* Coordinate 3rd-party QA/QC teams and ensure compliance with standards.
* Drive cost control and budget management.
* Contribute to our continuous improvement culture and create lasting frameworks for future projects.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
* Proven experience leading quality assurance on large-scale EPC or energy infrastructure initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing comprehensive quality frameworks and establishing effective document management systems.
