About the role
This is a business needs-driven role – assignments are temporary, sometimes at short notice, and always based on where we need you most. You’ll rotate between parks, take the reins while managers are on leave, and hand back a smoothly operating park at the end of your assignment.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily park operations including housekeeping, maintenance, reception, and guest services
- Leading, training, and rostering park teams
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and safety standards
- Handling office administration and after-hours call-outs where required
- Conducting thorough pre- and post-handover with Park Managers
Important note: Flexibility is essential. You won’t be able to select which parks you go to – assignments are allocated based on operational needs.
About you
You’re a confident, capable leader who can walk into a new environment, quickly earn trust, and keep things running without missing a beat. You thrive on problem-solving, guest interaction, and the challenge of stepping into new teams and locations.
You’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, or accommodation management
- Flexibility to travel Australia-wide, including to remote locations
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Confidence with property management systems such as RMS (preferred)
- A current manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Willingness to live on-site during each assignment
