Claims Specialist – Workers Compensation – Charlestown

About the role

* Manage a diverse portfolio of complex claims for government agencies.
* Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders meeting Allianz's service principles.
* Determine complex liability decisions and timely assessment of treatment requests.
* Appropriately document claims decisions.
* Develop and implement claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
* Meet key compliance and performance measures.
* Coach and support newer team members and provide advice on complex claims.

About you

* Minimum 4 years' recent experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines (within the last 5 years).
* Detailed understanding of PIAWE, complex claims liability decisions, litigation and work capacity process.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer‐focused approach.
* Excellent time‐management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
