About the role
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceed their service expectations. You will wow every customer and make their visit to Spendless an experience to remember.
You will:

* Maintain company merchandising standards
* Rotate and present our product
* Administer and implement company procedures

Your attributes:
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
* Preferred supervisory experience, not essential
* Cash handling/EFTPOS experience
* Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge
* Ideally an understanding of sales budgets & KPIs
* Strong customer service skills
* Enjoy fast-paced challenging workHave the motivation to be successful
* Outstanding communication skills
* Confident and friendly
* Passion for fashion footwear
