About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join our Allied Health team and provide music therapy services that support holistic health and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Allied Health Lead, your responsibilities will include :
Delivering one-on-one and group music therapy interventions, including assessment, prescription, and monitoring.
Assisting clients to achieve goals related to health, function, and wellbeing.
Contributing to planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Acting as a client advocate and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate and creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to person-centred care.
You will have
Registration with the Australian Music Therapy Association.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
National Police Check and Driver's Licence.
Desirable
5+ years' experience in music therapy.
Neurologic Music Therapy Accreditation.
