About you
We are seeking an experienced Bell Desk Supervisor to join our friendly Valet & Porter team within the Front Office department. The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the smooth operations of the team.
Responsibilities
Oversee all bell desk / concierge team members.
Plan each shift and prepare for peak arrival and departure times.
Ensure porters deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing them with adequate training and mentoring.
Manage the movement of parking vehicles.
Assist guests with any requirements or needs they may have.
Be aware of functions and events happening within the hotel and promote facilities and services the hotel has to offer.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience as a Bell Captain or Senior Porter;
Strong communication and organisational skills;
Full Australian driver's license with an ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles;
Self-motivated and solutions orientated.
