Join Australia's Premier Rail Maintenance Team as a Track Machine Maintainer Operator (TMO)

What You Need to Succeed:
* Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) as a Track Machine Operator, with hands-on familiarity with Plasser machinery such as the 09-3x Tamper, SSP Regulators, Unimat Tamper, and Track Stabiliser
* Solid understanding of rail operations and maintenance procedures
* Certification in Cert II Rail Infrastructure (minimum); Cert III preferred
* Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines (highly desirable)
* Competent in operating advanced rail resurfacing equipment, including Tampers and Regulators, for both maintenance and construction activities
* Ability to perform preventative maintenance and accurately document inspections
* Knowledge of ALC software is beneficial
* Valid full C Class Driver's License or higher with no restrictions; HR license preferred (but not essential)
* Construction Card (white/blue) and 4WD Training certifications
* Ability to pass Railway Category 1 Medical and drug/alcohol testing
* Embrace a safety-first mindset and robust safety protocols
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with mining or remote work environments
* Exposure to rail resurfacing equipment and comprehensive knowledge of industry safety standards
* Experience with machinery maintenance diagnostics and troubleshooting
Preferred Education & Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years in track machine operation or similar rail maintenance roles
* Relevant certifications supporting technical expertise in rail infrastructure and machinery
Additional Requirements:
* Willingness to work a 12-hour day shift on a 12/9 FIFO roster
* Ability to travel to multiple sites as part of a mobile rail operations team
* Focused on safety, quality, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment
