Key Responsibilities:

 * Curate and refine beverage menus, including wine pairings and seasonal cocktails

 * Be accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue targets
Requirements:
 * Demonstrated experience managing high-end or boutique restaurants
 * A sharp eye for detail and relentless focus on quality and consistency
 * Natural leadership qualities — approachable, hands-on, and energising
 * Pride in mentoring others and lifting team performance
 * Agility, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
 * Commercial acumen and ability to align guest satisfaction with operational success
