We are looking for a Casual All‐Rounder at our South West Rocks Holidays Site. This role combines amenities cleaning and caretaking with additional housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance duties as required.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment to help deliver exceptional experiences for guests and residents.
In This Role, You'll
* Deliver a welcoming guest experience by assisting with check‐in, check‐out, enquiries, and sharing information about the park and local area.
* Support housekeeping tasks to maintain clean, well‐presented accommodation and shared guest areas.
* Assist with grounds upkeep to ensure outdoor spaces are neat, safe, and inviting for guests and residents.
* Respond to guest requests and report or assist with minor maintenance issues to keep the park running smoothly.
* Work across guest services, housekeeping, and park operations to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Are friendly and guest‐focused, with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
* Have previous experience in hospitality, tourism, housekeeping, grounds, or a similar hands‐on all‐rounder role.
* Are comfortable using computers and booking systems, with the flexibility to work across front office and park operations.
* Have a hands‐on approach, able to assist with general housekeeping, grounds presentation, and minor maintenance tasks.
* Are reliable, well‐organised, and a team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards across all areas of the park.
