The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate site operations across commercial and residential projects. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who values quality, teamwork, and structured working hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate earthmoving, concreting, steelfixing, and formwork crews
* Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Plan daily site activities and manage labour allocation
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Monitor quality control and ensure works meet required standards
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers
* Manage site materials, equipment, and deliveries
* Maintain project timelines and productivity targets
* Maintain high safety and quality standards
* Monitor labour, materials, and productivity
About You
* Proven experience supervising concreting, steelfixing, and/or formwork crews
* Strong knowledge of structural concrete construction
* Ability to read and interpret plans and engineering drawings
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Solid understanding of WHS requirements
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Valid driver's licence
* White Card (Construction Induction Card)
* Organised, reliable, and solution-focused
