The Role:As a Senior Account Director at Bursty, you will: Lead and grow a portfolio of lifestyle clients Build deep, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders Drive strategic direction across campaigns, projects, and events Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage Mentor and lead account team members Identify and unlock new business and organic growth opportunities Ensure all work aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable impact What We're Looking For:6+ years experience in a creative, advertising, or marketing agency environment Proven experience in a senior client leadership role within an agency Strong background working with lifestyle, fashion, or culture-led brands Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts Strategic thinker with a sharp creative instinct Confident leader who can inspire both clients and internal teams Strong experience in both traditional and socially led creative Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Confident creative judgment, able to push teams and clients toward better, bolder outcomes Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative, someone who is a true team player and leader We appreciate all applications but please note that we are only able to respond to those that are successful in being short listed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
