We are now entering our next phase of growth and are looking for the right person to help lead it.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a General Managerwho is ready to take ownership of operations, lead a high performing team and drive the business forward.
You will work directly alongside Alison, acting as her right hand in the business, ensuring everything runs at a high standard, while also identifying opportunities to improve, refine and scale.
This role requires someone who is:
commercially sharp
highly organised
and comfortable operating at a high standard
What you'll be responsible for
Overseeing daily operations across both locations
Leading, managing, and developing a high performing team
Driving revenue growth across services and retail
Monitoring performance and implementing improvements
Strengthening systems, processes, and workflows
Maintaining a consistent, premium client experience
Managing rostering, staffing, and operational planning
Holding the team accountable to standards and results
