Our client is a specialist Energy efficiency consulting organisation servicing thousands of businesses across Australia to help minimise their energy costs.
Due to significant growth they are looking for a Customer Resolutions Specialist to join their team in Sydney.
About the role:
* Ensure all Stakeholders including customers & providers receive the highest level of service and professionalism
* Respond to all internal queries in an appropriate and timely manner
* Communicate effectively to customers and providers
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and provider information
* Maintaining A2 and Customer documentation. Such as newly signed LOA's etc
* Contribute actively, where required, to improvement initiatives
* Accountability for the quality and daily performance of all your tasks, ensuring KPI's are met
About you:
* Microsoft Office experience essential
* Good interpersonal skills
* Strong initiative and resourcefulness
* Good communication skills – verbal and written
* Excellent planning and self-organisation discipline
* Results/ goal oriented
* Customer Service Experience
* Energy industry experience advantageous but not essential
