Candidates must have outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude.
* Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
* Current CPR
* Current First Aid
* Current Pool Lifeguard
Lifeguarding Duties
* High-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
* Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards
* Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
* Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties
Duty Manager Duties
* Lead, manage and inspire team on shift with a positive, can-do attitude
* First point of contact for staff on shift
* Open and clear communication between you and the team
* Ensure the safety, health and well-being of all patrons within our facilities
* Administration and financial adhoc tasks
* Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure
Customer Service Duties
* Welcome all patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitude
* Ensure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk
* Upsell memberships, visit passes and retail items to all customers
