Security Guard Role
We are seeking part-time security officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for the security industry.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing security services at Macquarie Centre
* Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors
* Managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring safety and security for the site
* Managing emergency situations and demonstrating proactive security awareness
Requirements:
* A current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
* An Apply First Aid Certificate
* A Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
* Prior experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
* Confident interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to take ownership of the service delivery under your control
* Ability to complete reports using various platforms
* Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and corporate-appropriate
* High-level problem-solving skills
* Ability to respond to emergency situations
* Valid work rights in Australia
* Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
* Availability across 7 days/nights
