The National Account Manager (NAM) Grocery & DDS is a pivotal role in the Selleys non-hardware channel responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans that deliver sustained, profitable growth for key customers including Coles, Woolworths, Metcash, Big W, Amazon, and Costco, selling DIY sealants, adhesives and fillers, Sugar Soap, and Turtle Wax Car Detailing products.

Your Role We are seeking a driven and strategic National Account Manager to join the Selleys team and help develop and execute sales plans for the Grocery & DDS market.
Reporting to the Channel Business Manager, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans that deliver sustained, profitable growth for both Selleys and customers, and for delivering an optimized promotional plan across the market.
Key Responsibilities Maintain regular contact and productive business relationships with stakeholders within the customer base, mainly Buyers/Category Managers/Assistants, managing day-to-day activities and issues.
Build selling decks for category reviews to maintain current range and gain distribution of new product developments.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across activation plans.
Use data and critical evaluation to provide insights and sales tools to enhance sales plans and business strategy.
Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to maximize opportunities.
Skills & Experience Business Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
Previous sales experience in a commercial environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret data with strong computer skills (Circana experience desirable).
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic operator with a track record of follow-through and delivery.
High customer service orientation with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
