What will your role be?
The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely input of packaging data into SAP, enabling real-time accurate measurement of financial performance. The role involves analyzing production data, preparing reports to support decision-making, and working closely with the production team to ensure data accuracy. Responsibilities include managing and validating data in SAP, generating reports, supporting digital strategy implementation, and documenting business processes for improvement initiatives.
What does this role look like for you?
* Commit to Occupational Health and Safety standards, prioritizing safety.
* Reconcile production figures in SAP and Harford with planning, resolving variances.
* Ensure timely confirmation of production process orders.
* Generate and analyze production data and KPIs to inform decisions.
* Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
* Prepare and distribute regular production and KPI reports.
* Conduct waste and loss analyses to identify focus areas.
* Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights to management.
* Support strategic planning with data-driven insights.
* Assist in implementing digital and smart manufacturing initiatives.
* Manage data systems to enhance operational efficiency.
* Train production teams on digital tools and insights.
What will you bring?
* College degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or science; Six Sigma qualification desirable.
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, production planning, or similar.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational technology.
* Knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence or Lean methodologies.
* Familiarity with statistical software (SAS, R, SPSS).
* Experience with MRP/ERP systems like SAP or Power BI.
